Today, Friday, November 15, 2024, the mosques of the Maadi Administration in Cairo witnessed the conduct of a major preaching convoy for female preachers under the title: Islam’s approach to choosing a good husband and a good wife.
The convoy aimed to shed light on the criteria for choosing a husband/wife in light of Islamic values, amid a large turnout from the people and a warm presence of female preachers.
According to the Ministry EndowmentsThis convoy comes within the plan of the Ministry of Endowments during the month of November, in order to emphasize the importance of family cohesion in society, and warn of the danger of family disintegration.
In their lessons, the female preachers focused on the criteria for the correct selection of spouses, noting that Islam allows the suitor and fiancée to get to know each other within the limits of Islamic law and in the presence of the family to ensure that feelings of familiarity and affection are generated between them.
The female preachers emphasized that Islam calls on young men about to get married to be careful about choosing their future husband/wife, and not to rely on emotional inclinations only, but rather to be reassured of the moral and mental aspects and to be prepared to bear family responsibilities. They explained that a family built on good choices and moral values is capable of facing challenges. And overcome problems.
The female preachers stressed the importance of religion as a main criterion in choosing a husband and wife, noting that the qualifications of beauty, money, or lineage are what Islam has approved, but they may be short-term and subject to change, while religion remains a solid factor that provides stability and strengthens family ties.
Endowments preachers spread the values of Islam in choosing a righteous husband and wife
The convoy included multiple lessons in a number of mosques in the Maadi administration, where each female preacher attended a specific mosque to present her message, and the distribution was as follows:
– Al-Fath Mosque: Preacher Iman Ibrahim Abdel Azim Ali, and preacher Marwa Ahmed Ali Al-Basiouni.
– Medina Mosque: Preacher Sana Abdel Aziz Mahmoud, and preacher Aisha Al-Sayed Abdel Fattah.
– Ebad al-Rahman Mosque: Preacher Sarah Qutb Ibrahim Qutb, and preacher Reham Abd al-Nabi Ahmed Ibrahim.
– Al-Morshedy Mosque: Preacher Hanan Muhammad Fahim Abdel Hamid, and preacher Jihan Ahmed Shawqi.
– Al-Rayyan Mosque: Preacher Mona Ahmed Muhammad Ibrahim, and Nabiyah Mahmoud Saeed.
The convoy concluded its activities by calling on the people to build families on the foundations of religion and moral values, stressing that Islamic values represent the basic foundation for maintaining the stability and happiness of societies.
