How to register on the Housing Fund website
- Login to the website ( Here ).
- Click on Register from the top of the home page on the left.
- Fill out the registration form and wait for a text message with the activation code.
- Click on submitting a housing unit request and agreeing to the terms and conditions.
- The client fills out the information shown on the page (quarantine form).
- The customer attaches the documents required to create the application in a 2 MB PDF file.
- The user is transferred to the personal page after sending the request, with the following message shown (Your request has been sent successfully).
The Housing Fund published a video through its official channels on various social media sites to explain the steps for applying for a housing unit within the presidential initiative Housing for All Egyptians 5, in order to make it easier for citizens and prevent them from being exploited by some individuals who seek to achieve material gains from this, and the video can be viewed. Documents required for reservation and application for housing apartments:
- Original and signed the housing unit reservation form and the acknowledgment (attached to the booklet) in clear handwriting, and attach them to the documents that will be uploaded when submitting a request to reserve the housing unit.
- Attach the brochure purchase receipt, reservation advance payment receipt, and administrative expenses, in addition to the following documents (in PDF format, maximum 2 MB) to upload to the website in one file.
- A valid copy of the national ID card of the applicant and his spouse.
- A certificate proving the net annual or monthly income of the individual or family, husband and wife, which includes net rewards that must be stamped, signed and dated by the employer, and the annual profits and incentives received by the individual or family, husband and wife.
- Any documents related to additional sources of income (additional work – agricultural property, real estate, or land – an exceptional pension or otherwise – owning any bonds, shares, deposits, any savings pots, savings accounts, or any securities that generate additional income) indicating net annual or monthly income. For the individual or family, the husband and wife in the case of work, and minor children, to be stamped, dated and certified.
