Grades for the year’s work for the second year of secondary school 2025
The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the link to the weekly assessments for the second year of secondary school, for the first semester of the current academic year 2024/2025, on the official website of the Ministry of Education on the e-learning portal.
The Ministry of Education confirmed that the weekly assessment grades are part of the year’s work for the second year of secondary school, in accordance with the ministerial decision issued by the Minister of Education, Mohamed Abdel Latif, regarding the study and evaluation system for the secondary stage for the current academic year.
Grades for year’s work for the second year of secondary school
The Ministry of Education clarified the grades for weekly assessments, monthly exams, and first semester exams, as follows:
One semester includes two monthly exams.
– Grades for the October exams.
– 15% of the grades for the November exams.
– 30% of the total grade for the subject for semester exams.
– 60% of the total grade for the subject for exams.
– Behavior and attendance by 10%.
– Class and assignment sheet at 15%.
– Weekly evaluation of 15%.
– The total work for the year is 40% of the total grade for the subject.
