In addition, the electronic chip gives customers greater flexibility, as they can activate communication services easily and manage their accounts faster and without the need to change the manual chip.

The eSIM is available to customers in all branches, whether to replace the current SIM or to purchase a new line. physical SIM or when purchasing a new line from Vodafone branches or through the eShop for RED lines. The customer can also use both physical SIM and eSIM on the same phone. The eSIM is easy to activate, as a QR code will be sent from Vodafone once the SIM is requested. It is compatible with a wide range of smart devices that support this technology, including all versions of Apple’s iPhone XS and above, as well as Google, Samsung and Oppo Find X5 devices.
