Two coffins in one funeral in Sohag

The people of the city of Tama carried two coffins in one funeral. The situation was very painful, especially since the two coffins were carrying a couple, leaving behind children, including infants. Some people pray for mercy for them, some pray for their children to be patient, and some pray for their parents and siblings to be steadfast and for God to strengthen their hearts. And the position of children among people is that of newborns, hearts breaking, voices muffled, and sadness on faces.

The incident began when Mamdouh, 39 years old, a jazz record seller, accompanied his wife Sarah, 29 years old, a housewife, on his motorcycle heading to the city of Tahta, to have her x-rayed by the doctor, according to what a neighbor confirmed, but he did not know. One of them thought the end was near, leaving 5 children without a father or mother.

Mamdouh left his house and headed to the doctor, dreaming of treating his wife and comforting her, so that she could return safely to her children. On the way, he collided with a semi-truck, and he and his wife died instantly. The road was filled with people, trying to help them, but to no avail, and their souls ascended to their refuge.

Major General Sabry Saleh Azab, Assistant Minister of the Interior and Director of Sohag Security, had previously received a notification reporting a collision and two deaths on the Western Agricultural Road in the Tama Center.

The police immediately moved in and found a collision between a transport vehicle driven by Abdullah M A S – 22 years old, a driver and resident of the Tahta District, and a motorcycle driven by Mamdouh S M B – 39 years old, a worker and resident of the Central District.

The accident resulted in the death of both the motorcycle driver and his wife, Sarah JAB, 29 years old, a housewife and resident of the same district. The two bodies were transported to the Tama Central Hospital morgue.

The driver of the car and the brother of the deceased, called Ahmed JAB – 34 years old, a worker and resident in the same area, stated the contents of the above, and the latter denied the criminal suspicion, and the necessary report was drawn up to be presented to the competent investigation authorities, which authorized the burial.
