It is part of the regulations for the 2025 tourist Hajj. If one of the pilgrims apologizes for the opportunity to perform Hajj after winning the lottery, it will happen as follows:
– Only 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded once he submits an apology, a maximum of one month from the date of the draw.
– If the period is longer than one month, the entire reservation amount will be lost.
– If an apology is submitted after the company has reserved the accommodation, the company has the right to collect the full price of the program.
