Khattab explained, during television statements, that the application will be electronic through the ministry’s website, and applications will be submitted for a period of 6 months, after which special periods for construction will begin, and after approval, construction must begin immediately so that no problem occurs after that, stressing that whoever applies He is the one who did not commit any violations, and tomorrow the Urban Communities Authority will begin receiving requests to increase the building percentages on the roof.
He continued: “The area includes one or more residential units depending on the area of the land, and 3 residential units are allowed. Those who are bound by the licenses without any violations are allowed to benefit from increasing the building percentages on the roof. Compounds, social housing lands, and Build Your Home are excluded from the decision to increase the building percentages on the roof.”
