According to the timetable approved by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the preliminary lists will be announced on November 17, applications for appeals will be received on November 18, and the appeals will be examined on November 19. The final lists will be announced on November 20, and electoral propaganda will begin on November 21. The first round of college elections, sorting, and announcement of the results on November 24.
The runoff round will also be held on November 25, then elections for committee secretaries and their assistants will be held at the college level on November 26, and elections for the union president and his deputy will be held at the college level on November 27, with the student elections ending with the election of committee secretaries and their assistants and the president and vice president of the university union on November 28. 2024.

– Commitment to electoral silence during voting.
– Commitment to ethical values in electoral propaganda.
– Not publishing any data that affects the conduct of the electoral process during voting.

– Not using religious and sectarian slogans in electoral propaganda.
– Students are prohibited from using political and partisan slogans.
– Paper must not be stuck to the hall walls.
– Refrain from using expressions that contradict university norms.
