The Fayoum Criminal Court, held today, Saturday, in the Third Circuit, headed by Counselor Adham Abu Zekry, and with the membership of Counselors Marco Samir Farag, Omar Mohamed Salem, the Secretariat of Nassif Amin, and the Execution Secretariat of Saleh Kilani, is considering the first session of the trial of the accused M.S.M., 55 years old. On the charges against him for ending his daughter’s life because he doubted her behavior, in the village of Manshiyet Abdullah in the Fayoum Center district.
Details of the accident
It was received by the security services of the Security Directorate Fayouma report from the commander of the Fayoum Police Department, that the people of the village of Manshiyet Abdullah found the body of a girl named Noura, murdered and dumped next to her father’s house in the Arbaeen area.
Investigations revealed that the motives for the killing of a divorced woman in the village of Manshiyet Abdullah at the hands of her father were due to her bad behavior, the neighbors’ criticism of her family and their inability to correct her, and her ongoing disputes with her family.
The girl’s body was transferred to the Fayoum General Hospital morgue, and the center’s prosecution was notified, which decided to assign a forensic doctor to perform an autopsy on her body and initiate investigations.
