The Belarusian Deputy Foreign Minister added that the agreement is designed to take into account changing external circumstances, when the world is moving towards a polycentric global system, describing the agreement between the two countries as “historic.”

It is noteworthy that the agreement will be concluded between the two countries, and the two leaders are scheduled to sign it in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, on the twenty-fifth anniversary of the founding of the Union State, which is a union and alliance without borders between the two former Soviet republics and the two neighbors.
