The security services in the Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of what was reported to the security services in the Cairo Security Directorate, by a lawyer, resident in the First Salam Police Department, that two people made him believe that they were employees in one of the neighborhoods in Cairo Governorate, and demanded a sum of money from him in exchange for finalizing special permits for the apartment he owned.

Upon examination, the perpetrators of the incident were identified and arrested, and it was found that they were a driver and an unemployed person, with criminal information. When they were confronted, they confessed to committing the incident as referred to, and legal measures were taken.

This comes within the framework of the efforts of the Ministry of Interior to combat crime in all its forms, especially impersonation crimes.
