The fatwa added on its website in a previous fatwa: There is no legal objection to circumambulating on a wheelchair if there is an excuse, according to the agreement of the jurists, and it is sufficient in that case, and if it is for no excuse, then it is permissible and sufficient, as is the doctrine of the Shafi’is and the Hanbalis in one narration, and the one who has no excuse must Riding is to circumambulate while walking, unlike those who consider it not sufficient.

The Egyptian Fatwa House also said that the pilgrim should not be busy circumambulating with anything other than remembrance of God, seeking forgiveness, supplication, and reading what he has memorized from the Qur’an, while submitting and submitting to God.

The fatwa wrote on its account on the social networking site Facebook: The pilgrim should not be busy circumambulating without remembrance of God, seeking forgiveness, supplication, and reading what he has memorized from the Qur’an, while submitting and submitting to God. Among the best supplications is what is mentioned in the Holy Qur’an, and he should not raise his voice, and should not harm others. God Almighty says: (Call upon your Lord in humility and in secret. Indeed, He does not like the transgressors.) Al-A’raf: 55.

In another post, the fatwa said: My brother Hajj, start the circumambulation with a pure body and ihram clothes and wear them correctly, and face the Kaaba towards the Black Stone, and keep it on your right. To pass in front of him with all your body, and face him with your face and chest, and raise your hands as you raise them in the opening takbeer of prayer; Intending to circumambulate, saying “Allahu Akbar”, saying the Shahada, pronouncing the Shahada, and saying: O God, out of faith in You, in belief in Your Book, in fulfillment of Your covenant, and in following the Sunnah of Your Prophet, our Master Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family.
