The United Bank and the University Center for Professional Development at Kafrelsheikh University announced the signing of a joint cooperation memorandum to enhance successful partnerships towards qualifying young graduates with the skills required for the labor market.
This was in the presence of Major General Alaa Abdel Moati – Governor of Kafr El Sheikh, Dr. Abdel Razek Desouki – President of Kafrel Sheikh University, and Dr. Amani Shaker – Vice President of Kafr El Sheikh University for community service and environmental affairs. Also, Dr. Ghada Labib – Deputy Minister of Communications, Professor Dr. Alaa Al-Laqani – Faculty of Computers and Information, and Professor Dr. Alaa Ghazi – Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. From the United Bank team: Laila El-Desouki – Head of the Nile Pioneers Unit in the Delta Region, Haitham Mohamed – Director of Corporate Communications, and a group of United Bank representatives, at the headquarters of the University Center for Professional Development at the university.
The protocol stipulates the organization of a number of introductory seminars at the Nile Pioneers United Bank centers and their specialized services, whether banking or technical. We also provide packages of technical consultations to support and qualify students. In addition to holding many training courses aimed at raising the skills of graduates and preparing them for the labor market. As well as transferring and exchanging experiences and ideas and providing a model of inspiring work that encourages students and supports students’ skills. In addition to hosting experts from local and international institutions to hold seminars and employment sessions at the university. Emphasizing the importance of continuous monitoring and evaluation of the protocol’s effectiveness to ensure that the targeted results are achieved.
Commenting on the signing of the protocol, Ashraf El-Kady – CEO of The United Bank and Managing Director – said that this fruitful cooperation with Kafr El-Sheikh University, the University Center for Professional Development, represents a strategic step to develop and support students’ skills and prepare them for the labor market.
