The Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company announced the completion of the procedures for registering and registering the first plot of land in the New Administrative Capital through the Real Estate Registration Mission in the Administrative Capital for the Third Residential District.

The month’s procedures were carried out under the auspices of Counselor Adnan Fanjari, Minister of Justice, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and New Urban Communities, and Engineer Khaled Mahmoud Abbas, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company.
The registration procedures included the lands on which the third residential neighborhood, R3, was built, with a total area of 1,016.15 acres. It is an integrated residential neighborhood divided into 8 neighborhoods, with service plots for developers and on which residential buildings, villas, services, and administrative and commercial buildings are built.
In this context, Engineer Khaled Mahmoud Abbas said: The Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company is keen to provide all services to citizens in the New Administrative Capital, including real estate registration services.
He stressed the importance of real estate registration, as it aims to provide protection and reassurance in real estate transactions, reduce judicial disputes surrounding them, as well as support the benefit of real estate advertising in properties.
