The National Authority beginsEgypt RailwaysToday, Sunday, November 24, 2024, a new service will be operated in Upper Egypt with French-developed air-conditioned vehicles between Cairo – Naga Hammadi and vice versa, within the framework of the Authority’s keenness to provide the best service to the public of passengers and in implementation of the directives of Engineer Mohamed Amer, Chairman of the Authority.
Operating a new service between Cairo and Nag Hammadi
Regarding train times, they are as follows:
As of today, Sunday, 11/24/2024, train 992 Cairo – Naga Hammadi will operate with the installation of 10 upgraded French air-conditioned cars. It will depart from Cairo station at 00:15 and arrive at Naga Hammadi station at 23:15.
As of Monday, 11/25/2024, train 993 Sohag – Cairo will operate, departing from Naga Hammadi station at 02:05 and arriving at Cairo station at 10:20 with the same configuration as train 992 to Naga Hammadi station, according to the attached schedules.
This will result in amending the schedules of the following trains: 187 / 143 / 162 / 707 according to the attached schedules.
