The Prime Minister began a tour of the factory, accompanied by an explanation from Dr. Nadine Nasr, the founder and CEO of the factory, who explained that the Emerli factory carries out the work of printing fabrics, laser cutting them, and sealing them as a final product, and printing fabrics is considered one of the first stages, which serves various other industries.
She added that the factory was established on an area of 180 square meters, with an investment volume of 5.5 million Egyptian pounds, as self-financing without loans, and includes 9 machines: a sublimation printer, a heat press, a sewing machine, an over machine, an Orly machine, table scissors, and an iron. The project aims to match Thermal printing with environmental responsibility and economic growth, and following solutions that meet market needs, and leave a positive impact on the environment.
The executive director of the factory pointed out that the factory’s products include hijabs, clothing supplies for factories, sports shirts, cloth bags, curtains, flags, tablecloths, and others, as it is distinguished by its commitment to sustainable practices and reducing waste through environmentally friendly thermal printing techniques that provide bright designs that last. Long lasting without the use of harmful dyes or excessive water consumption.
At the same time, Dr. Nadine Nasr indicated that the factory seeks to introduce advanced machines that will enhance production efficiency, improve quality, and open doors for innovative designs and new categories of products, as this investment in modern technology contributes to staying ahead of the competition, and also enhances The factory is committed to sustainability by further reducing energy consumption and waste, and most importantly, these expansions will provide greater job opportunities, which means we will be able to support more families and contribute to community development directly.
She added: The factory also aspires to enter the export market soon, and bring its high-quality and sustainable products to global markets, thus enhancing the status of Egyptian industry and showing the world the creativity and excellence we can achieve.
