During the meeting, Engineer Adel Al-Najjar gave a detailed presentation on a number of topics and the executive position of a number of projects. At the beginning of his presentation, he referred to the executive position of the investment plan for the fiscal year 224/2025, and the appropriations disbursed within the framework of this plan to implement many projects in Transport, roads and local communications sectors, and improving the environment, in addition to strengthening local and community services, as well as local economic development.

During the presentation, the Governor of Giza pointed to many investment opportunities at the governorate level, pointing in this regard to the Abu Rawash investment zone, and the plots of land it contains that could be made available to investors for use in establishing many investment and development projects. He also pointed to the proposal to establish The Herafeyeen City on Fayoum Road covers an area of 122 acres, in addition to investment opportunities in the Bahariya Oasis related to many tourist, agricultural, industrial, and service activities. As well as investment opportunities in the Al-Ayat and Al-Saff centers, and the proposed uses of the lands according to the detailed plans for the areas available in the two centers.
Engineer Adel Al-Najjar also reviewed a number of recreational investment opportunities within Giza Governorate, pointing in the same context to the procedures and steps that have been implemented to deal with the problems facing a number of investors in industrial zones at the governorate level, especially the Abu Rawash industrial zone.
During the meeting, the Governor of Giza discussed the latest developments in dealing with reconciliation requests, as well as what is related to the performance rates for legalizing the status of state lands, and the facilitations that have been approved and implemented in this regard. He also addressed the situation regarding dealing with solid waste, and the projects that have been implemented in this regard. During the presentation, the Governor of Giza moved to talk about the executive position of the projects of the first phase of the presidential initiative “A Decent Life” that are being implemented on the governorate’s land, explaining that the number of projects targeted to be implemented within the 42 villages affiliated with the Al-Saf and Atfih centers reaches more than 890 projects in Various development and service sectors, and that what has been implemented of these projects has reached 625 projects, and 246 projects are being completed, in a way that contributes to improving the level of services provided to citizens of During these sectors.
In the same context, the Governor of Giza reviewed a number of pictures that reflect the size and rates of progress in implementing many projects within the framework of the presidential initiative “A Decent Life,” pointing to the ongoing preparations to implement the second phase of the initiative, and the plots of land that have been provided in this regard for the implementation of many Of service and development projects.
During the meeting, the Governor of Giza referred to the plan to develop Arab League Street as part of transforming it into a sustainable green axis. Pointing out in this regard that the vision is determined by the optimal design for developing the axis of the League of Arab States; The work methodology is based on studying the broader scope of the city of Giza as a whole, and the current situation and analyzing it to emerge from it with a vision and design decisions.
In this context, the officials of the advisory office noted that the length of the Arab League axis is about 2.25 km, with a width of 75 m, and is characterized by the presence of many administrative, commercial and tourist activities. It begins from Sphinx Square, with Mustafa Mahmoud Square in the middle, and ends with Sudan Street. The axis also connects several important axes. They are the Ring Road, the Nile Corniche, the 26th of July Corridor, Sudan Street, and Al-Batal Ahmed Abdel Aziz Street.
They added: The Arab League axis will be designed as a commercial, service, and entertainment axis, as part of the central business district (CBD) in Giza, by designing a unified identity and taking into account parking areas. Transportation traffic will also be taken into account, the pedestrian movement system will be developed, and investment opportunities will be provided. In addition to developing green areas, adding a network of bicycle paths, and using modern technologies in lighting systems and others.
The Prime Minister approved the proposed plan and was charged with starting implementation.
