Dr. Ashraf Hanigel, President of Suez University, announced the formation of the University Students Union and that Mawada Nasr Mahmoud, a student at the Faculty of Education, won the position of President of the University Students Union.
Ashraf Hanigel: University officials are at the same distance from all candidates
The university president said, during his meeting with the students, that all university officials were at the same distance from all candidates throughout the election period, in order to ensure that everyone was able to cast their votes with complete freedom, which would contribute to producing the best elements capable of leading public work at the university during the coming period.
Dr. Ashraf Hanigel praised the positivity that he had witnessed over the previous days during the stages of the college and specific committee elections, stressing his keen interest in the participation of all students who find in themselves the ability to work in public, because of the positives and elements that this democratic experience produces that are able to serve the students.
The university president said that everyone who participated in this democratic race is a winner, regardless of the result, because positivity and participation are the most important.
The results resulted in Mawaddah Nasr Mahmoud Mohamed Nasr, at the College of Education, winning the position of President of the University Students Union, and Youssef Salah Bashir Ahmed Mohamed, at the College of Arts, winning the position of Vice President of the University Students Union.
Safaa Zeinhom Ibrahim Al-Sayed Dukhan, at the College of Media and Communication Technology, won the position of Secretary of the Student Families Committee, and Nourhan Tantawi Ahmed Mohamed Al-Sayed, at the College of Technology and Education, won the position of Assistant Secretary of the Student Families Committee.
Youssef Muhammad Abdel Khaleq Abdel Shafi, at the College of Science, won the position of Secretary of the Social Committee, and Muhammad Afifi Ali Muhammad Ali, at the Faculty of Physical Therapy, won the position of Assistant Secretary of the Social Committee, and Muhammad Sayed Muhammad Al-Halabi, at the College of Commerce, won the position of Secretary of the Technical Committee, and Sondos Muhammad Ahmed won the position of Secretary of the Technical Committee. Mahmoud, Faculty of Engineering, as Assistant Secretary of the Technical Committee.
Shadi Ashraf Muhammad Mahmoud, at the Faculty of Engineering, won the position of Secretary of the Scientific Committee, and Abdel Rahman Muhammad Ali Attia, at the Faculty of Computers and Information, won the position of Assistant Secretary of the Scientific Committee. Rawda Islam Kamel Kamel Mahmoud, at the College of Arts, also won the position of Secretary of the Cultural Committee, and Rawan Haitham Sabry Irfan Al-Sayed, at the College of Media and Communication Technology, won the position of Assistant Secretary of the Cultural Committee.
Ahmed Jalal Tawfiq Mahmoud Mutawa, at the College of Education, assumed the position of Secretary of the Rover and Public Service Committee, and Muhammad Ali Ismail Abu Talib, at the College of Physical Education, assumed the position of Assistant Secretary of the Rover and Public Service Committee.
Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Aziz Abdel Fattah, at the College of Physical Education, also won the position of Secretary of the Sports Committee, and Mohamed Walid Abdel Ghaffar Musaad Jabr, at the College of Physical Therapy, won the position of Assistant Secretary of the Sports Committee.
