The Housing Directorate in Menoufia revealed the steps to lift the ban on the residential unit so that the owner can dispose of it, so that citizens do not fall into a legal violation.
The Housing Directorate in Menoufia confirmed that 7 years must have passed since receiving the unit from the signing of the receipt report, and not from the date of receipt of the contract. This is because some citizens receive the contract, and did not go to receive the unit and sign the receipt report.
The second step: Go to the financing bank and pay all the financial dues to the bank and issue a certificate to that effect from the bank that all dues have been paid.
The third step: Go to the Housing Fund with the bank certificate, in order to repay the support provided by the Fund if the Fund supported it with a sum of money.

First: Submit a reconciliation request to the agency or directorate to which it is affiliated
Second: Pay the seriousness of the reconciliation request in the mail
Third: If the Fund approves the request, the judicial police officers will conduct a physical re-inspection to confirm whether or not the unit is occupied by its owner.
Fourth: The police officer contacts the applicant by telephone and sets a date for the inspection.
Fifth: The law enforcement officers conduct the inspection and report the result of the inspection to the Fund.
Sixth: After that, if the inspection reveals that the original owner is the one present, the applicant will go to the fund to pay the settlement value.
