  • Immediately begin rearranging the house from within, whether through committees, departments, tools or workers.
  • Reactivating the work of the relevant committees, granting them powers and supporting them in accordance with the regulations.
  • Establishing an ambitious project for at least 10 years to advance youth and junior competitions, as we did previously in the generation in which we won the African Cup three consecutive tournaments, and to bring back the sectoral and junior leagues again.
  • Arranging teams and priorities to support the first team, communicating generations, and linking young people to the first team.
  • Working to develop the Union’s resources in light of the current financial crises and future development needs.
  • Increasing the number of football players in ways that benefit Egyptian football and making it have a better player base, organizing the work of academies under the umbrella of the Egyptian Football Association, and paying attention to the buds, juniors, and coaches of those age stages, which represent the true base of Egyptian football on which one must bet, and Egyptian families must be helped in their dream ( “Not because my son plays, I have to push those behind me and in front of me.”
  • Immediately begin rearranging the referees’ file as soon as possible.
  • For cooperation and support from the Ministries of Youth, Sports and Health in order to reach comprehensive solutions in the medical file.
  • The full return of fans and coordination with all parties, including the ministry, sponsors, my ticket company, the media and various agencies, to discuss and address the reasons for the fans’ reluctance to attend matches and support the national teams, and to provide a comfortable atmosphere for the experience of entering the stadium.
  • Developing all departments within the Federation in accordance with the latest tools and standards, and developing the Department of Media, Competitions and Player Affairs.
  • Attention is paid to completing the development of the National Teams Centre. It will be the permanent headquarters of the Egyptian Federation for all national teams of different ages. You will find there the best hotel accommodation, medical care, training fields, and so on.
  • Benefiting from the development projects of the International Federation of Association Football, and exploiting them in developing all aspects, especially in developing football, futsal, beach football, and women’s football. Allow me here to thank the big clubs for their interest in the women’s football file in the past period, and by the way, I extend my greetings and congratulations to Masar Club for its achievement. Historical achievement of the women’s African Champions League bronze medal.
  • Strengthening the role of the regions, restructuring their boards of directors, developing their administrative work, and linking them to the Union to contribute to the Union’s work.
  • Developing club resources – especially professional league clubs and the third and fourth divisions.
  • Working to develop all elements of the game, including coaches, technical and administrative staff, through training courses in which cooperation takes place between the Egyptian Federation, the International Football Association, the CAF, and all international and training institutions.
  • The Clubs Association and strengthening its role and support, and here we confirm that the relationship with the Football Association is a complementary and coordination relationship and not a competitive relationship – because the Association was established by a decision from the Football Association to support the clubs and develop the league, and there is no strong team without strong clubs.
  • Maximizing the Federation’s role in performing social responsibility.
