The sixth edition of the Annual Insurance and Management Forum kicks off today, Sunday Insurance Under the patronage of the Prime Minister, the Financial Regulatory Authority, and the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, in the presence of the Ministers of Investment and Supply.
The Egyptian Insurance Federation continues its final preparations for the annual Sharm El-Sheikh Insurance and Reinsurance Forum in its sixth edition, under the title: “A Future Vision for Developing the Insurance Industry.”
Alaa Al-Zuhairi, President of the Egyptian Insurance Federation, expressed his happiness at organizing this forum for the sixth year in a row, and stressed that the insurance sector is witnessing great development and a qualitative shift in light of the Egyptian state’s interest in advancing the national economy. The forum has also become a window for communication between the Egyptian insurance market and regional and global insurance markets. To know everything new in the field of insurance in order to support and enhance the insurance industry in Egypt.
He also pointed out that the forum this year aims to highlight the insurance industry’s ability to face the challenges that have arisen on the scene and talk about the importance of technological development and artificial intelligence, as well as the impact of the insurance product and the role of the human element in the sector, through the forum’s sessions, which will last over two days. During which a number of important topics were discussed that will contribute to formulating the future vision of the insurance industry and how to benefit from the use of modern technology in the insurance industry, including: –
– Dealing with a world that is rapidly moving towards digital technology and artificial intelligence.
– Develop an innovative vision for methods of distributing and developing new insurance products.
– Empowering the workforce in the insurance field in the future… building capabilities and retaining competencies.
He stated that a distinguished group of experts from insurance and reinsurance companies and companies that provide technological solutions to the insurance industry will lecture during these sessions at the local, regional and global levels.
This year, the forum will witness many events and initiatives, such as: Go Green Initiative, which will be held in the Friends Park in Sharm El Sheikh to compensate for the impact of carbon dioxide emissions during the period of the forum. This comes within the framework of the Union’s keenness to protect the environment and promote sustainability, which reflects its commitment to reducing the environmental impact of such These events encourage environmentally friendly practices.
This year, the forum will be hosted by guest of honor Wayne Clark, an international keynote speaker, one of the top 25 most influential thinkers in the world, and founder of The Class Management platform.
Sports competitions
On the sidelines of the forum’s activities, many sporting competitions are held that participants await and enjoy every year, including: football competition, ground tennis competition, and table tennis competition.
