The Minister of Social Solidarity praised the professionalism of the work team headed by Dr. Muhammad Al-Aqabi, and its keenness to implement the media strategy that was developed since last July.
She stressed that she is keen to honor the distinguished sectors within the Ministry, within the framework of the institutional evaluation of all sectors of the Ministry, and to create a positive spirit of competition among everyone in a way that benefits the work.
For his part, Dr. Muhammad Al-Aqabi, Assistant Minister of Social Solidarity for Strategic Communication and Media, expressed his appreciation and all the employees of the Ministry’s Information Department for this appreciation and honor by the Minister of Social Solidarity, stressing that all employees of the various management units, including editing, social media, photography, and monitoring, are doing their utmost to show the great effort. Al-Aqabi explained that the Media Department has succeeded in recent months in achieving huge leaps at the level of work, as the number of statements issued by the Media Office has doubled monthly, as a result of the directives of the Minister of Social Solidarity to cover all the Ministry’s activities in various sectors.
The first government media system was also launched that is completely managed by artificial intelligence and has the ability to produce written, audio and visual content. It also has the ability to manage the ministry’s accounts on social media platforms with high efficiency, and this matter will contribute to developing the media office’s performance work during the coming period.
Mohamed Abdel Moneim, General Supervisor of the Media Office at the Ministry of Social Solidarity, said that recent months have witnessed a doubling of work rates in all units of the Media Office, as the rate of publishing data issued by the Ministry’s Media Office increased by more than 150% per month, which led to an increase in publication rates in the media. Various media outlets, whether paper or electronic newspapers, increased by more than 200%. The circulation of the Ministry’s various news and activities in audio-visual media also increased.
Noha Sedqi, Director General of the Ministry’s Media Department, also said that the Ministry has a monitoring team that works to monitor everything related to the Ministry in all different media outlets, which contributes to directing work, dealing with the nature of various events, and responding and interacting with various citizens’ requests.
For his part, Issam Shaheen, supervisor of digital media at the ministry, explained: The content of the Ministry of Social Solidarity’s social media platforms has witnessed remarkable development. Where the numbers appear; Publishing rates on the Ministry’s platforms doubled, and the Ministry’s content reached 17 million people during the last three months, on the Ministry’s various platforms, and the total number of followers on the platforms reached 3 million and 380 thousand followers on all the Ministry’s accounts on various social media platforms, and the videos achieved about 3.5 million. Watch, while the Ministry paid attention to the LinkedIn and TikTok platforms, in addition to its traditional platforms Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter, as new windows to promote the Ministry’s various activities, and the artificial intelligence experience also enriched the platforms.
