The referral order stated that, after reviewing the papers and the investigations conducted therein, the Public Prosecution accuses K.M.S., imprisoned, age 37, working as a teacher, residing in the Dar Misr Compound in the Katameya Police Department, because on 11/15/2023, 4/8/2024, 5/15/2024 in the Katameya Police Department, Cairo Governorate, the victim N, whose identity is unknown, and the victim were killed.
