Major General Amr Hanafy, Governor of the Red Sea, announced several decisions to overcome all obstacles to support the industrial sector in the governorate, following his meeting with factory owners in the Industries Complex in Hurghada.

In press statements, Hanafi stressed the governorate’s commitment to implementing the directives of the political leadership to localize industry in the Red Sea Governorate, noting that the industrial sector is one of the basic pillars for achieving sustainable development and strengthening the national economy.

Stressing the importance of the industrial complex as a basic pillar for supporting the national economy and providing job opportunities for young people, he announced a package of immediate measures to support the complex, the most important of which is paving the road leading to the complex and linking it directly to the ring road to facilitate transportation and distribution movement.

As well as activating a transportation line to and from the complex to transport workers and ensure their easy arrival, which increases production efficiency and reduces the burden of transportation, while providing an equipped ambulance in front of the complex to provide immediate ambulance services for any emergency injuries, in order to preserve the safety of workers.

And establishing permanent sales outlets For factories In Hurghada and the rest of the cities of the governorate, in addition to allowing mobile vehicles belonging to factories to sell in vital areas until the completion of the construction of those outlets, in addition to continuing to provide the necessary water to the complex, especially for factories that rely primarily on water in their industries such as detergents and ice factories, in coordination with the water company. .

Facilitating obtaining raw materials from public sector companies, while directing government agencies to cooperate in supplying raw materials.
