The Foreign Minister expressed to his Iranian counterpart Egypt’s concern about the continued escalation in the region, and reiterated the importance of reducing tensions and practicing restraint at this delicate stage, stressing the importance of reaching an immediate ceasefire in Lebanon, and in this context, he reviewed the contacts that Egypt is conducting with various regional and international actors to reduce Escalation, indicating Egypt’s keenness to continue providing all forms of political and humanitarian support to Lebanon and its brotherly people.
