The Food Industries Federation reveals the truth about the corruption of Turkish eggs

Muhammad Anwar, a member of the Food Industries Federation, categorically denied the rumors circulating about imported Turkish eggs spoiling within 24 hours.

He stressed during a television intervention that all imported food products, including Turkish eggs, are subject to strict control and careful examinations to ensure their safety and quality before being put on the Egyptian market.

Anwar explained that Turkish eggs undergo several stages of examination and analysis, starting from customs ports until they reach the markets, including examining them in veterinary laboratories and ensuring that they comply with standard specifications. He stressed that the union carefully follows the product from its source until it reaches the Egyptian consumer.

He stressed that there is no scientific difference between Egyptian eggs and Turkish eggs in terms of nutritional value or quality, and that all food products traded in the Egyptian market are of high quality, whether local or imported.

Anwar reassured citizens that Turkish eggs are completely safe for consumption, and that all precautionary measures have been taken to ensure their safety. He called on everyone not to be led by malicious rumors that aim to create confusion among consumers.
