Bahrain hosts the confrontation that brings together Al-Ahly And Al-Ittihad Alexandria, in the Egyptian Super Basketball Championship for the 2023-2024 season.
The date of the Al-Ahly and Al-Ittihad match in the Super Basketball Cup
The Al-Ahly club’s basketball team will face off against its counterpart, Al-Ittihad Alexandria team, on November 28, in the Egyptian Super Cup.
Preparations for the Egyptian Super Cup Basketball Championship
For his part, Alaa Madara, President of the Bahraini Basketball Federation, spoke about the final preparations for hosting the Egyptian Super Cup, saying: The committees in charge of organizing the Egyptian Super Cup have been working for weeks at all levels, from preparing the stadiums and putting the final touches on the arrangements for receiving the Egyptian Al-Ahly and Al-Ittihad Alexandria teams.
Madara added in press statements: Since the announcement of organizing the match between Al-Ahly and Zamalek, we have been working to promote this event in Bahrain and Egypt and conclude sponsorship contracts with Al-Ittihad’s commercial partner.
Bahrain hosts the Egyptian Super Cup
It is noteworthy that this is the second time that the Kingdom of Bahrain hosts the Egyptian Super Cup, after the first edition in the 2022-2023 season.
The Khalifa City Sports Hall in Bahrain hosted the last edition of the Egyptian Super Cup, which brought together Al-Ahly and Zamalek, and Al-Ahly won 64-60.
