revealed Ministry of Education And technical education, about the steps for applying for our children’s exams abroad 2025 and registering the electronic form, stressing that the guardian must follow the following steps: –
- Create his own account on the Our Children Abroad platform through the link https://sabroad.emis.gov.eg/
- Determine the number of children applying to take our children’s exams abroad through the account created for the guardian.
- Payment of an amount of 150 US dollars for each student at any stage of study through the Our Children Abroad platform during the electronic registration process for the guardian, and terms and conditions apply.
- Register the electronic form to apply for our children’s exams abroad and accurately complete all the data required in the form.
- Upload a clear, recent copy of the required application documents for each individual student in PDF format, print the application form and attach it to the original documents.
- Electronic follow-up through the electronic platform for our children’s exams abroad to view the seat number, view any messages, or complete any documents requested from the guardian, along with following up on the class supervisor’s e-mail for any inquiries requested by the guardian.
- In the event that the student registers, the guardian is responsible for sending the original documents, copies of which must be uploaded on the website, to the General Administration of Examinations in the appropriate manner (for new students by mail only).
- In the event that there are discrepancies of any kind between the images of the documents uploaded on the site and the originals sent, or if the announced application conditions are not followed, the responsibility falls entirely on the guardian, and the administration has the right to cancel the application as long as the student does not meet the conditions and instructions for application.
- Refund requests on the platform will be sent only after completing all the data and attachments recorded therein to the email designated for financial affairs no later than December 31 for the current academic year, provided that all payment receipts are attached to the refund request. The administration has the right to cancel taking the exam based on the refund request submitted by the guardian. The order is sent to the Ministry’s Financial Affairs.
- The guardian does not have the right to submit a refund request after December 31, 2024, as the responsibility falls entirely on the guardian.
The date of our children’s exams abroad is 2025
The Ministry of Education and Technical Education decided that the date of the exams for our children abroad in 2025 (the first semester) will start on Saturday, January 11, 2025, and that the date of their second semester exams will start on Saturday, May 10, 2025.
The Ministry of Education and Technical Education confirmed that the exams for our children abroad 2025 (second round) are scheduled to be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025.
