Nasr Abu Al-Hassan, club president, said Ismaili, The Dervishes do not have the luxury of bearing any refereeing errors, and therefore we published an official statement against refereeing errors affecting the outcome of the match.
Statements by Nasr Abu Al-Hassan, President of Al-Ismaili
Abu Al-Hassan added in television statements: Al-Ismaili cannot accept refereeing errors that have gone from bad to worse, and that the referees, no matter how wrong they are, are not held accountable and return again to manage the matches.
He added: Al-Ismaili demands that the repeated arbitration errors be stopped until the team gets its rights, because the referees have become influenced by the pressure of non-public clubs with financial capabilities.
He continued: All Egyptian clubs demanded during the Club Association meeting that foreign referees be brought in to manage matches, and that there be professionalism for foreign referees so that they ignite competition with Egyptian referees in order to motivate them to develop their level.
He added: There are two or three referees. We asked the Football Association Referees Committee not to assign them to manage Ismaili matches during the coming period, and we will have a more escalating stance in the next stage towards repeating any refereeing errors in the upcoming Ismaili matches, and all options are available to us.
Nasr Abu Al-Hassan concluded his statements: The Ismaili club management supports Hamad Ibrahim in leading the team in the next stage, despite the current results.
