The Ministry of Transport announced the daily train schedules on the Cairo-Aswan railway line, which run daily along the line from Ramses Station in Cairo to Aswan Station, some of which require advance reservation before boarding.

- Train No. 1902 (air-conditioned): Departs Cairo at 00:20 AM.
- Train No. 3006 (3rd air-conditioned): departs Cairo at 00:50 AM.
- Train No. 978 (3rd air-conditioned): departs Cairo at 06:30 am.
- Train No. 980 (VIP): departs from Cairo at 08:00 AM.
- Train No. 2010 (air-conditioned): Departs Cairo at 10:00 AM.
- Train No. 982 (VIP): Departs Cairo at 12:00 noon.
- Train No. 986 (air-conditioned): departs Cairo at 14:00.
