Five young men between the ages of 19 and 34 are being tried by the Dutch judiciary, after the attack on Israeli fans in the Netherlands a few weeks ago.
The trial opened for five suspects facing charges, including one of attempted manslaughter, after last month’s attacks in Amsterdam on Israeli soccer fans.
The five defendants, aged between 19 and 32, will face a three-judge panel at the Amsterdam District Court, with two more suspects scheduled to appear on Thursday.

Dutch prosecutors said the seven were charged with public violence.
This comes after Dutch people clashed with Maccabi Tel Aviv supporters in the early hours of November 8 in parts of the city following calls on social media to attack them.
The violence sparked outrage in Israel and among Dutch politicians who branded them anti-Semitic.
