The New Taiba City Development Authority announced the launch of 8 commercial stores, with areas ranging from 14 m2 to 33 m2, in various areas of the city for sale at public auction, at a session on Sunday 12/15/2024.
Offering commercial shops for sale and a plot of land with a garden activity in exchange for usufruct in the new city of Taiba
The New Taiba City Development Authority also announced the offering of a plot of land with a garden activity with the buildings built on it within an area of 39,155.57 square meters, equivalent to 9.5 acres, in an area of 480 acres in addition to green areas, through the city’s annual usufruct licensing system for 7 years, at a public auction in a session on Sunday 15 /12/2024.
The New Thebes City Authority added that whoever wishes to enter the auction must obtain a booklet of conditions and specifications from the agency’s headquarters, and that the shops and the plot of land can be physically inspected during the agency’s official working hours.
In the same context, a public auction session was held at the headquarters of the New Fayoum Agency, which resulted in the sale of 6 commercial stores with various activities, 2 pharmacies, and 4 different administrative units, to increase services and development, in the presence of Engineer Khaled Nayef, head of the agency, and officials of the agency, the State Council, and the commercial and real estate affairs sector. The Financial Affairs Sector of the New Urban Communities Authority, the Ministry of Finance, and the Authority’s Construction Police Commands.
