Qisho was subjected to investigation in a police station in the French capital, Paris, before he was released after being presented to the prosecution and proving his innocence after the cameras of the place were unloaded.

Qisho said in exclusive statements to Cairo 24 at the time: I was surprised by what people said and that they judged me before the truth came out, and the French police confirmed what was said, and if there was even 1% doubt, I would not have arrived in Egypt, but God is great and proved my innocence.

He added: The Egyptian ambassador promised me rehabilitation, and everyone who defamed my reputation will be prosecuted. The evidence and analyzes have proven my innocence, and I have been living in Europe all along and know the laws, and my morals do not allow me to do that.

Kisho continued his statements: The people who let me down the most here in Egypt, and I was worried about my mother and I felt for her all the time, and my heart ached for her, but there are many people who know me and do not know me, and you stood by me in times of crisis.

He continued: The defamation that happened to me did not happen when I won the Olympic medal, but when a problem happens, everyone becomes defamed. People had to be sure of what I said because this is the reputation of human beings, and I am confident in myself and my morals.

Kisho concluded his statements about the loss in the 2024 Paris Olympics, in the round of sixteen: The loss was difficult, and I did not expect it, but it is God’s measures, and I still have world and continental championships to compensate for the Paris Olympics.
