The competent court will shortly consider the opposition’s appeal hearing against the 6-month imprisonment of Al-Ahly player Imam Ashour, for assaulting a security personnel at a mall in Sheikh Zayed.
The South Giza Court decided to imprison Imam Ashour, the Al-Ahly club player, for 6 months, on the grounds that he was accused of assaulting a security personnel in one of the famous malls in Sheikh Zayed.
A well-informed source revealed the details of the reconciliation between Al-Ahly club player Imam Ashour and a security guard at a famous mall in the Sheikh Zayed area in exchange for half a million pounds.

The source explained to Cairo 24 that the agreement was to waive the case in which Imam Ashour was accused of assaulting a security personnel inside the mall after the court ruled to imprison Imam Ashour for 6 months.
The South Giza Court decided to imprison Imam Ashour, the Al-Ahly club player, for 6 months, on the grounds that he was accused of assaulting a security personnel in one of the famous malls in Sheikh Zayed.
The competent investigation authorities have determined the appeal against the imprisonment of Imam Ashour, and a source revealed to Cairo 24 that the presence of Imam Ashour, the Al-Ahly player, for the appeal session before the court is obligatory, in order for the incident of his assault on the security personnel to be reconciled.
Earlier, Sheikh Zayed’s prosecution filed an appeal against the misdemeanor court’s ruling acquitting Al-Ahly club player Imam Ashour on charges of beating a security personnel at Arkan Mall.
The Sheikh Zayed Misdemeanor Court had acquitted Imam Ashour, the Al-Ahly club player, of accusing him of assaulting a security personnel inside a mall in the Sheikh Zayed area.
