The Ministry of Health and Population announced the launch of free medical convoys, today, in 14 governorates, as part of the Decent Life Initiative, launched by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
The Ministry of Health and Population explained, in a publication, that the convoys include free medical services in many different medical specialties, within the framework of supporting the health system and enhancing medical care for the most needy groups in various regions.
Medical convoys
The Ministry confirmed that the medical convoys provide comprehensive medical services that include the following specialties: obstetrics and gynecology, family planning, pediatrics, internal medicine, ear and nose, orthopedics, surgery, ophthalmia, dentistry, heart, dermatology, in addition to radiology and analysis services. There are also pharmacies in the convoys to provide the necessary medications for patients.

- Abu Hur, Nasr Al-Nuba Center, Aswan
- Al-Zafarana, Ras Gharib Center, Red Sea
- Nasser Damanhour Medical Center, Beheira
- New Dairy Village, Al-Ganain District, Suez
- Baghdad Palace, Kafr El-Zayat, Gharbia
- Elias Abshway, Fayoum
- Shenwan Shebin El-Kom, Menoufia
- Al-Faqa’i Abu Qurqas, Minya
- Al-Aman Dakhla, New Valley
- Barawa Ahnasia, Beni Suef
- Umm Al-Rizq Kafr Saad, Damietta
- Araba Abu Aziz Al-Maragha, Sohag
- Al-Azab Dashna, Qena
- Ghout Al-Waz Barani, Matrouh
Earlier, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health and Population, announced that the total number of services provided by the “A New Beginning for Human Building” initiative since its launch had reached 114 million and 94 thousand and 316 services.
