The newspaper reported that it had been approved to increase the issued capital of the Cairo Electricity Production Company to 721 million and 55 thousand pounds, by 50% of the company’s legal reserve, and to amend Articles 7 and 6 of the company’s bylaws.
The decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the South Delta Electricity Distribution Company, held on October 16, 2024, approved an increase in the issued capital of the South Delta Electricity Distribution Company, to 115 million and 489 thousand pounds, at a rate of 50% of the company’s legal reserve, and amending Articles 7 and 6 of The company’s articles of association.
The decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Medical Services Company stipulated approving an increase in the issued capital of the Medical Services Company to 133 million pounds, and amending Articles 7 and 6 of the company’s bylaws.
