The story was revealed by the 10th of Ramadan Investors Association when it said that it had received more than a thousand requests from local investors, to allocate attached lands within the 10th Industrial Zone, and that the government is currently working on establishing an extension area to it, to accommodate new investment requests, in addition to a thousand other factories under construction in the city. Currently, we are talking about two thousand factories that will enter service within a year or two.
The Tenth of Ramadan Investors Association said that it had sold the applications it received to the General Authority for Industrial Development to undertake their inventory in preparation for allocating the required lands after the completion of the annexation work for the first phase of the Tenth of Ramadan Extension area.
According to the numbers revealed by the Investors Association, the government currently provides land with an area exceeding 35 thousand acres to expand the industrial zones in the cities of 10th of Ramadan, Sadat, Gamasa, Kom Abu Radi, and Bayad Al-Arab.
According to the numbers, the Ministry of Industry aims to implement the expansions of the industrial city in the Tenth of Ramadan in 3 stages, with 13 thousand acres in the first phase, 12 thousand acres in the second phase, and 6 thousand acres in the third phase. The recent allocation requests included industries in various industrial sectors, especially feeding industries. and engineering, as well as food, medicine and chemicals.
