What are the conditions for applying for “Housing for All Egyptians 5” apartments for the year 2024?
Look, sir, the first thing is that you are Egyptian, your age is from 21 to 50 years, and your net monthly income for low-income people is no more than 12,000 pounds for an individual and 15,000 pounds for a family, and for middle-income people it is no more than 20,000 pounds for an individual and 25,000 pounds for a family.
As for the papers required to apply for “Housing for All Egyptians 5” apartments, they are a copy of the national ID card of the husband and wife, a copy of the current residential unit rental contract, also an income certificate, a recent utilities receipt, an automated family record, an automated marriage certificate, and also an insurance print (if available). ) And a copy of the children’s birth certificates.
