The artist Alaa Morsi said, during the symposium, that the artist’s illness is a motivation for him and not an obstacle to completing his artistic career, explaining that he was actually excluded from some artistic works due to his illness.
Morsi confirmed: I was excluded because they believed I was unable to continue working, but I have the ability and I still have the ability and will continue to be able until the time to meet the true God comes.
Morsi added: I thank God for this blessing and for being close to recovery. I am still fighting the disease and I will fight it no matter what it is. As long as we have lived, I will continue to search for my dream again, a third time, and a fourth time.
The artist Alaa Morsi pointed out that the beginning of his artistic journey was from the city of Desouk in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate through the Desouk Culture Palace, adding that his presence today in this festival is because he rarely appears at festivals.
The artist, Alaa Morsi, explained that his goal in the beginning was to obtain a certificate from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, pointing out that it was not among his dreams to become a famous actor, saying: My dream was to be simple and obtain a certificate from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, but to remain a famous actor was not possible. My dream, and I began to be surprised and loved by it over time, and then I began to have a problem with managing my talent and enjoyment.
Alaa Morsi added: I preferred my enjoyment, humanity, and compliments, and I preferred standing at the back of others more than standing beside me, and I advise everyone that no one should do the same as me.
