S., 28 years old, holds a Bachelor’s degree in administrative systems and information, by ending the life of a person in the middle of the street with several stab wounds, and by asking the accused about whether there are disagreements among you? He replied: Yes, there were disagreements between us.
Q: What is the nature of these differences?
A: There were many disagreements between me and Muhammad, and about 5 years ago there was a problem, and we fought with each other and hit each other, and then people came and surrounded us, and the matter was settled and Muhammad was taking a share in the building where my juice shop was located on Al-Salla Street in Korba. He did not want to be there. A share in the building I was in, and there were a lot of problems between him and the owner of the building, and when we would see each other, there would be hours of arguments between us, but people would get away.

A: About five years ago
Q: To what extent have these differences developed?
A: We used to have problems, and we fought each other and hit each other for 5 years, and people were angry with us, and when we saw each other, there were hours of arguments between us, but people were friendly.
Q: How did you commit that incident?
A: I found myself walking in front of my juice shop and workers shouting. Because there had been previous disagreements between us, I left the store, and I had a knife in my pocket, and I was disgusted with him and the problems that happen to us. I took the knife out of my pocket, and I went in and hit him with it more than once, and I don’t remember how many times he hit him, and he fell to the ground, and I kept hitting him with the knife, and I fell on top of him. On the ground, and I did not feel myself, I was met by workers sticking the knife into his stomach, and the people felt pain and I sat around, and I did not want to leave him, and I kept hitting him until the people surrounded me and the people started hitting me with chairs, so that I could get up from him, but I kept hitting him with the knife, and then I told him that you were the one who informed me that I was working. You have this, and then people took me away and straightened me out of it.
Q: When did that idea come to your mind?
A: When I found Muhammad walking in front of my juice shop and the workers shouting, I went at him with a knife and hit him, and I had the idea of hitting him as soon as I saw him.
Q: How did you prepare the idea and how did you implement it?
A: I found him inside Aliyah and a worker was shouting. I took the knife out of my pocket and hit him with it.
Q: What criminal plan did you prepare to implement that idea?
A: I was bored with him and couldn’t stand it. I found myself taking the knife out of my pocket and hitting him with it. I kept hitting him a lot, and people were surrounding me, and I was not willing to stop hitting him with the knife.
Q: What weapon or tool did you use in that assault?
A: A deer antler.
Q: What is your intention of assaulting the victim and causing injury that claimed his life?
A: I was bored of him and wanted to hit him with a knife and finish him off.
Q: What did you mean by committing the incident specifically?
A: My intention was to take my rights from him and get rid of him.
