2- Write the national number.
3- Writing the full name.
4- Write the date of birth, including the age, month and year.
5- Choose your marital status (single, married, widowed).
6- Register the governorate of residence and city of residence.
7- Address registration.
8- Job registration.
9- Verify the entered mobile number, as an SMS will be sent to it.
10- Determine the type of disability.
11- Send a message with full details about the medical examination.
12- Click on save data.
