This comes within the framework of the state’s keenness, represented by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and its agencies, to protect the interests of citizens and entities located in the lands added to a number of new city estates, and to achieve tangible results on the ground.
According to the announcement of the Ministry of Housing, all documents proving ownership or possession (original for viewing + copy + survey upload from an approved party) are submitted in accordance with the decisions regulating this regard, and based on the decision of the central unit of the New Urban Communities Authority for policies and controls for dealing with entities and individuals in the added lands.
