Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, announced the date of conducting the manual public lottery to allocate 1,645 various housing units in 8 new cities, during Sunday, November 24th, and Tuesday, December 3rd, which have been submitted for immediate reservation through the city agencies of the Authority’s projects. Urban communities in the period from 9/29/2024: 10/28/2024.
Dr. Hassan Al-Shorbaji, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, explained that the lottery will be conducted for the units that have been applied for in the cities of (10th of Ramadan – New Burj Al Arab – New Rashid – 6th of October – Obour – New Mallawi – New Salhiya), On Sunday 11/24/2024, at the Hassan Mustafa Indoor Hall in 6th of October City.
The Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs added that the public lottery will be conducted for the units that have been applied for in New Mansoura City, on Tuesday 12/3/2024, at New Damietta City Stadium.
Al-Shorbaji explained that the lottery activities will be held at 10 a.m. on the two specified days, and attendance at the public lottery will be permitted based on a serious reservation payment receipt, and the lottery events will be broadcast live on the website of the New Urban Communities Authority.
