Hilton plans to launch its Hilton Cairo Historic City hotel in the Magra El Oyoun area in Old Cairo by 2027, in cooperation with City Edge Real Estate Development Company.
The hotel will occupy a distinguished location on the UNESCO World Heritage List, and will include 255 rooms and suites with a variety of dining options, meeting rooms, and gyms.
DoubleTree by Hilton Cairo Downtown
Hilton has signed a contract with City Edge Real Estate Development for the DoubleTree Hotel Downtown, which is expected to open in 2028. The hotel will be located in the center of the country and will include 257 rooms and suites, in addition to business meeting rooms and various dining options.
Hilton Cairo Hotel, Suez Road
Hilton will open the Hilton Cairo Suez Road hotel in partnership with Rehana Hotel Group. The hotel enjoys a unique location on Suez Road with easy access to commercial and business areas, and will be approximately 25 minutes away from Cairo International Airport. Hilton Cairo Suez Road will feature 350 guest rooms and suites, a wide range of specialty restaurants, multi-use meeting rooms, a spa and a fitness centre.
DoubleTree by Hilton Cairo West Leaves Hotel: A partnership agreement has been signed with El Wali Urban Development Company. DoubleTree by Hilton Cairo West Leaves Hotel will include 250 guest rooms and suites, two restaurants, a fitness center, and a multi-use meeting hall with an area of 500 square meters.
Hilton Garden Inn Cairo West
Hilton Garden Inn Cairo West, in partnership with Marina Valley Real Estate, will include 220 guest rooms and suites, in addition to flexible meeting rooms that meet all needs and a fitness center. The hotel is located near the most important tourist and commercial sites, including Sphinx International Airport and the Giza Pyramids.
Hilton Garden Inn New Cairo Palm East
Hilton Garden Inn New Cairo Palm East will be developed in partnership with Tahoun Real Estate Investment Group. The hotel will feature 126 guest rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant and a rooftop bar, four meeting rooms, as well as a fitness center and swimming pool.
In addition to two hotels whose contracts were signed earlier in Cairo (DoubleTree by Hilton New Cairo at Forty Residences and Hilton Garden Inn New Cairo Zayed), which means that Hilton now has 14 new hotels under construction in Cairo.

Signed in partnership with Al Baker Marina & Resorts SAE, the resort will feature 750 rooms and suites, as well as a variety of dining, leisure and entertainment options including water sports activities such as diving and snorkeling.
DoubleTree by Hilton El Alamein Marina Valley
Hilton strengthens its presence on the North Coast by signing a second contract with Marina Valley Real Estate Company to open DoubleTree by Hilton Alamein Marina Valley. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2027 and will feature 182 rooms, suites and restaurants, as well as a range of facilities including a fitness centre, outdoor pool and three flexible meeting rooms for events and gatherings.
Several Hilton hotels in Egypt are currently undergoing renovations, which will add more modern facilities and improved and renovated rooms, including Hilton Ramses, Hilton Pyramids Golf and Hilton Cairo Heliopolis. In Marsa Alam, the Hilton Marsa Alam Nubian Resort will undergo a renovation and add 66 guest rooms and suites. Meanwhile, DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh – Sharks Bay Resort is undergoing a complete renovation with the 270-room first phase scheduled for completion by June 2025.
