The security services in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate arrested an 11-year-old student on charges of assaulting his classmate in the village of Abu Ghanima, affiliated with the Sidi Salem Center in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, where a student was killed by his classmate during a verbal altercation that developed into a quarrel between them.
Major General Ihab Attia, Assistant Minister of the Interior and Director of Kafr El-Sheikh Security, had received a notification from Brigadier General Khairy Nassar, Director of Criminal Investigation at the Kafr El-Sheikh Security Directorate, stating that M.A., 11 years old, a student, had arrived at Sidi Salem Central Hospital with a dead body. He was placed at the disposal of the investigating authorities in the hospital morgue, where his father confirmed that his colleague had struck a sensitive area, below the belt.
The officers of the Criminal Investigation Unit at the Sidi Salem Police Station immediately moved to the village and it was found that, while the deceased student was playing with his colleague “A.M.”, 11 years old, a verbal altercation occurred that developed into a quarrel in which the latter assaulted his deceased colleague by hitting his deceased colleague with his foot in the lower abdomen area, which led to He fell to the ground and fainted, and was taken by the people to the hospital for treatment, but he died.
Assigning a health inspector to conduct a medical examination of the deceased, the report stated that the cause of death was severe circulatory and respiratory failure and cardiac arrest.
