Explaining the incident in the video, Kh. said: Sh. A, the brother of the young man who was assaulted during prayer, told Cairo 24 that the person who beat his brother is their 45-year-old neighbor, called A-A, who has been harming his brother for 12 years, saying: He always lets R.S., my brother, who is 29 years old, walk. In the street, for example, and he hits him. My brother has not been safe from him for years, and this person is harmful and the whole area avoids him.

The brother of the assaulted person confirmed that the incident occurred on October 12, adding: Before that, we filed a report against him No. 11761, but this person did not withdraw from his aggressive actions against my brother. In turn, Cairo 24 contacted sources in the Ministry of Endowments, who confirmed the opening of an investigation into a video clip showing a person assaulting and beating a young man while he was praying in a mosque in Sinbellaween.
The sources told Cairo 24 that the Ministry is currently examining the authenticity of the video and confirming the location of the mosque, in order to take the necessary measures, denouncing the incident and the person in the video assaulting a citizen while he was praying in the House of God.
