The Naga Hammadi Criminal Court punished a worker with 7 years in prison, accusing him of killing his neighbor due to neighborhood disputes, in the Naga Hammadi District District, north of Qena Governorate.
The ruling was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Ismail Mahmoud Al-Farran, with the membership of Counselors Ahmed Mahfouz Abdel Latif and Tamer Yahya Muhammad, and the secretariat of Abu Al-Ma’arif Abdel Shafi Salam, Ahmed Abu Sahli, and Muhammad Kahlawi.
7 years imprisonment for killing his neighbor in Qena
The events of the case go back to September 2, 2023, when the investigating authorities charged the defendant, S.Z.T., 39 years old, with the murder of Muhammad Hussein Fahmy, in a quarrel due to neighborly disputes, after he assaulted him with a chopstick, which killed him.
The case No. 19116 of 2023, registered No. 4072 Qali Qena, was referred to the Nag Hammadi Criminal Court, which punished the accused in his presence with 7 years in prison.
