Cairo – Mubasher: A company said Ismailia National Food Industries (Foodico)It has filed a petition with the Financial Regulatory Authority regarding the reconciliation amount imposed on the company and others from the related group.
The company added, in a statement to the Egyptian Stock Exchange on Sunday, that it had submitted a petition to the authority regarding canceling the reconciliation amount it imposed at about 1.49 million pounds, or reducing it to the minimum.
Foodico said that the Financial Regulatory Authority had estimated the settlement of some violations attributed to the company and others from the related group at a value of 1.49 million pounds.
The amended financial statements of the Ismailia National Food Industries Company revealed, for the first 9 months of the current year, a profit amounting to 13.723 million pounds from the beginning of January until the end of last September, compared to losses amounting to 7.55 million pounds during the same period last year.
The company’s sales declined during the first nine months of this year to 37.38 million pounds by the end of September, compared to 49.41 million pounds during the same period last year.
