The dates of the first semester exam for students of transfer and preparatory certificates 2025.. were officially announced by the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, so that students in public and official language schools, distinguished public schools, and private schools (Arabic/languages), and in addition to the approved time map for the academic year 2024-2025.
Therefore, the Cairo 24 website provides the dates for the first semester exam for transfer and preparatory certificate students in 2025.
First semester exam dates for transfer and preparatory certificate students 2025
- Transfer exams for the first and second grades of general secondary school begin on January 11, 2025 and end on the 16th of the same month, provided that exams for the second grade of general secondary school are held in the first period, and exams for the first year of general secondary school are held in the second period, and a half-hour interval is allocated between the two periods for students.
- Transfer exams for the first and second grades of middle school, as well as transfer exams for the primary stage for grades from the third to the sixth grade of primary school, will be held in the period from January 11 to the 16 of the same month.
- Preparatory certificate exams will be held starting next January 18 and ending on the 23rd of the same month.
- Exams for high-level subjects are held for official language schools, distinguished official schools, and private language schools, as well as subjects that are not added to the total and practical subjects before holding examinations for basic subjects.
- The first semester exam period is considered part of the actual school days and is counted within the attendance percentage stipulated by law.
- Follow the usual and organized procedures for conducting exams in all exam committees in accordance with ministerial decisions and regulations regulating exams, while taking all measures to ensure the confidentiality of the exam.
The Ministry stressed that no exams will be held on Christian holidays during January 6, 7, 8, and 19, 2025.
