Egypt seeks to seize railway projects in Iraq worth half a billion dollars

Through one of the government companies, Egypt is seeking to seize railway projects in Iraq, the value of which is estimated at about half a billion dollars, according to what Al-Sharq Bloomberg reported.

This comes as part of Baghdad’s efforts to modernize and develop the current railway network within allocations of $100 billion for infrastructure spending over 3 years.
